Graphic Design — I designed this Fire Safety Poster while working at SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. The requirement was to make a quick read, high impact graphic in order to send the message from greater distances outdoors. It was displayed in schools, bus stops and various public spaces.

Teaching Project — This fabric project was inspired by the book The Bears Song by Benjamin Chaud. Students cut from a pattern, drew details with fabric markers, stuffed their bears with fiber fill, and hand stitched the seams with a basic running stitch. Fancy tulle and a broach made the finishing touches.

DIY — I made a stand that is more sturdy and takes up less floor space then other guitar stands. There’s a capacity for a weight to better hold the instrument in place in the likely event that someone would bump it. I decided to build up the look of the stand and make it more like a jacket, and added a pocket for guitar pics. Materials used: duck tape, cardboard, bricks & wood.
